If users alter any circuitry, attempt to repair the instrument or damage the packing box, EXTECH will charge for any necessary repair service. Repair services will be charged according to the actual condition of the instrument. EXTECH also reserves the right to charge for repair service due to abnormal conditions resulting from intentionally disconnected earth wires or incorrect operation. EXTECH will announce any unmentioned service clauses or changes to the warranty policy in the “What’s New” section of this website. Changes will also appear as an attached note on this page.
